Remember when no one had to remind you to exercise because it was just fun? Aerial hammock brings back that feeling by making you forget you're working on strength, stability, balance, coordination, control, and mindful awareness—all while having a great time! This beginner-friendly class uses the aerial hammock to support and challenge your body in new ways, while also stimulating the vagus nerve to promote relaxation and calm. Adaptable for all levels, this practice encourages you to enjoy the moment and rediscover the joy of movement.

Move WELL

Move STRONG

This class emphasizes functional mobility by stabilizing areas that move too much, allowing for greater motion where it’s needed most. Participants engage in mobilization with movement, myofascial release, and self-mobilization techniques to harness their body’s forces, enabling them to move effectively and confidently.

Focusing on power and speed, Move Strong incorporates heavy weights and high-intensity circuits to build muscle, strengthen bones, and enhance cardiovascular fitness. This class is designed to challenge participants while promoting resilience and overall strength.

Move STEADY

Friendly FLOW Yoga

In Move Steady, we use bodyweight or light weights to emphasize balance, control, and proprioception—the sense of where you are in space. This class aims to stabilize muscles and joints for optimal stability, ensuring participants develop a strong foundation for movement and everyday activities.

Rooted in Mindful Self-Compassion, this class promotes language and concepts that will help you learn to be your own best friend as you move on and off the mat. Participants are encouraged to self-assess and adapt the practice to their needs with guidance and support. Yoga, mindfulness and self-compassion all have an anti-inflammatory effect. Single Class $30

One drop-in class of your choice at Move Well Collective. Please register in advance to ensure your spot in class. Due to the limited class size, we cannot guarantee that last-minute drop-ins will be accommodated. If there is room for one more, we will happily add you to class!

Take two classes a week of your choice! Select the class you want to take online in advance to reserve your spot for maximum flexibility. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Make sure you schedule some recovery time hanging in an aerial cocoon or lying with with the compression boots! See the schedule for open gym times.

Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Be sure to book some time for recovery- hang in an aerial yoga cocoon or lie down with compression boots to boost resilience and rebuild after a workout!
