Expert Physical Therapy

My approach to physical therapy is as unique as you are. There isn't a one-size-fits-all template for reclaiming health. Together, we'll explore a variety of tools and strategies to find what works best for you.

Your feedback is crucial so we can determine whether a strategy is effective or needs adjustment. This collaborative process ensures that your efforts yield the best possible outcomes.

While each therapy plan is individualized, certain principles will always guide our work:

  • Your Voice Matters: I offer options that respect your agency and autonomy, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health.
  • Knowledge is Power: Understanding your body is key to working with it skillfully. Your body isn’t failing you—it’s communicating its needs. I’ll help you learn to interpret these signals and provide the support your body needs to thrive.
  • Achievable Goals: Large goals are broken down into manageable steps, allowing you to celebrate small victories along the way. Together, we’ll create a plan that builds your confidence as you progress toward your goals.
  • Enjoyable Movement: The best exercise program is one you enjoy and can sustain over time. We’ll find ways to integrate movement that feels good and provides long-term health benefits.

Why Choose Out-of-Network Physical Therapy?

Insurance-driven models often result in a cookie-cutter approach to physical therapy, limiting both patient care and the expertise of doctoral-level therapists. A cash-based, out-of-network practice allows me to provide the highest quality care, free from these constraints.

I am out of network for all insurances, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Please check with your provider about out-of-network PT benefits and the process for reimbursement.

I am licensed to practice in Illinois and South Carolina. Direct access to physical therapy is available in both states, allowing you to see a PT without an MD referral, with some restrictions. Check with your insurance provider, as some insurance companies may require MD referral to PT to be eligible for reimbursement.

If you’re not located in IL or SC, explore my Health Consulting and Health Coaching services, which offer the same individualized approach and expertise in exercise prescription.
