Meeting at 8 AM on Monday mornings, Move Well, Strong, and Steady combines dynamic movements, functional strength exercises, and stability-focused drills to help you feel empowered and ready to take on the day.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve overall movement quality, enhance balance and coordination, and develop a resilient body that feels strong and steady in daily life. All levels are welcome, with modifications provided to ensure the class meets your needs and goals.

Strength+: Move STRONG

Build strength, stability, and confidence in Strength+: Move STRONG, a functional fitness class designed to enhance your performance, resilience, and overall well-being. This dynamic session blends functional strengthening, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), metabolic conditioning, and hypertrophy-focused exercises to promote long-term muscle and cardiovascular health.

Stability+ / Move Steady

In Stability+ / Move Steady, we focus on building a strong foundation for movement and everyday activities through core strength, balance, control, and proprioception—the awareness of your body in space. This class emphasizes stabilizing muscles and joints for optimal movement efficiency and injury prevention.

Using bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and elements inspired by Pilates and suspension training (including aerial hammocks), we create a full-body stabilization experience. Each session is designed to enhance your strength and coordination while challenging your balance and motor control.

This class is welcoming to all levels! Our instructors provide a range of modifications, allowing you to tailor your workout to meet your needs and goals. Individuals with hypermobility are especially encouraged to attend, as the class is designed to support joint stability, but it’s equally beneficial for anyone, regardless of where they fall on the mobility spectrum.
