Ongoing Health Coaching

Following your Initial Health Consultation, Ongoing Health Coaching offers continuous support to refine and adjust your action plan as needed. This service includes ongoing re-assessment to update your Personalized Advice and Education as well as your Actionable Follow-Up Plan.
