Mindfulness practices and breathing stimulate the Brain and the vagus nerve, shifting patterns from both Top-Down and Bottom-Up (Brain influencing Body, Body influencing Brain.)

Being supported by a community calms the nervous system, facilitating the body’s natural restorative processes. Feeling part of something greater than yourself stimulates oxytocin, known to relieve stress, reduce fear, decrease inflammation and increase restorative and growth mechanisms.

Take two classes a week of your choice! Select the class you want to take online in advance to reserve your spot for maximum flexibility. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to Open Gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment. You can dance it out during Open Dance Jams and chill with the Move Well team. Make sure you schedule some recovery time hanging in an aerial cocoon or lie down enjoy the compression boots.
