Our Biopsychosocial Approach:

  • Engaging in movement addresses biomechanical issues, improves oxygenated blood flow to the Body and Brain and nourishes the nervous system from the Bottom-Up (Body to the Brain.)

  • Mindfulness practices and breathing stimulate the Brain and the vagus nerve, shifting patterns from both Top-Down and Bottom-Up (Brain influencing Body, Body influencing Brain.)

  • Being supported by a community calms the nervous system, facilitating the body’s natural restorative processes. Feeling part of something greater than yourself stimulates oxytocin, known to relieve stress, reduce fear, decrease inflammation and increase restorative and growth mechanisms.

2 Classes/Week

Take two classes a week of your choice! Select the class you want to take online in advance to reserve your spot for maximum flexibility. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Make sure you schedule some recovery time hanging in an aerial cocoon or lying with with the compression boots! See the schedule for open gym times.

3x/week treat yourself to classes of your liking! Just select the classes you want to attend in advance online to reserve your spot. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Be sure to book some time for recovery- hang in an aerial yoga cocoon or lie down with compression boots to boost resilience and rebuild after a workout!
